Our team of ten brings more than 140 years of combined experience to painting and decorating in Christchurch. Whether it is the interior of your home, the exterior of your house, or a commercial building, you get the same consistent standards and a finish that is made to last.
We also take on wallpapering, with experienced paperhangers who can work alongside your interior designer or help you settle on the look yourself. A feature wall is often the detail that lifts a room.

Do you provide a written quote?
Yes. Every quote is free and in writing, so you can see exactly what is included before you decide.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the size and condition of your property. We give you a realistic timeframe with your quote and let you know if anything changes.
Do I need to be home while you paint?
No. Many of our customers are at work while we paint. We just need access and somewhere to set up.
What preparation is included?
Preparation is most of a good paint job. We wash down, scrape, sand, fill and prime as needed before any topcoats go on.
Can you help me choose colours?
Yes. We can talk through options on site, and for bigger decisions we offer a colour consulting service.
Which areas do you cover?

The paints and products we use
The finish lasts because the products are matched to the job, not bought off one shelf.
Resene supplies our interior, exterior and commercial paints and stains. Wattyl covers architectural and protective coatings. Outside, we use Sikkens Cetol timber finishes and Cabot’s timber oils on decks and joinery, and Kärcher pressure washers to prep surfaces before we paint.
